Mark is BIZPAC’s leading expert on Chapter 313 and the corruption behind the school boards’ incentive to sell this bill to the public as an economic incentive program. Mark and BIZPAC worked to inform the public as well as legislators at the Texas capitol that this 22-year-old program caused a massive tax burden on homeowners and small businesses. Mark is also working to remove harmful curriculum that indoctrinates grade schoolers and causes division among younger generations.
