We're excited that you're taking the next steps toward joining BIZPAC. The application process requires you to complete three steps in order to be considered for membership. Please read the instructions carefully and contact us with any additional questions.

Select the appropriate membership level and pay your dues. We have three annual membership options including BIZPAC's executive personal membership, BIZPAC's corporate membership, and BIZPAC's Young Professionals Association membership. Please note that the BIZPAC YPA membership is exclusive to individuals under 40 years of age aspiring to an executive role in their industry. 

Once you've paid your annual dues, you must complete the Membership Application and Indemnity Form.  Please download the form from the link below and save a copy for your records. Once you've signed and completed these documents, you will submit them through our web link.

You need to create an account to submit your completed forms and access our Members Only resources. You will need to provide your name, phone number, and email prior to attaching your completed Membership Application and Indemnity Form. Click "Submit Application Now" and check your email for any additional information.
